Julia Lashay Israel

As head of Inclusion and Belonging at Keller Williams Realty International, Julia Lashay Israel’s mission since 2021 has been to coach the company’s professionals—from agents to leaders—on the issues and opportunities related to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI). These duties overlap with her own leadership position as the operating principle of Keller Williams Integrity Lakes (a brokerage that’s home to more than 270 agents), a position she was appointed to in 2024.

Throughout 2024, Israel held numerous workshops in addition to developing and teaching an ongoing Inclusive Leadership course. While 700-plus Keller Williams agents attended her workshops and the leadership course attracted more than 300 students, her public audience as co-host of the “Color of Money” podcast is much larger. The podcast covers ways to increase (housing) wealth in Black and other marginalized communities.

“I love helping people expand their mindsets to make their lives and businesses bigger and better,” she says. “The most rewarding part is connecting all of the individually unique people I meet with opportunities to grow their businesses.”
