A self-described “dream home specialist,” Kaitlyn Walsh redoubled her commitment in 2021 to provide the most thorough communication, the most accessible information and the most analytically sound advice to her clients.

Hailing from a storied real estate family, Walsh quickly made a splash as one of the youngest high-producing agents in her highly competitive market. This past year, she was awarded her local REALTOR® board’s highest honor, the Yvette Macdonald Award, given to the most “outstanding real estate agent” during that time period.

A self-described “fiery advocate” for her clients, Walsh says she is always “the first one into the crawl space” and is always willing to go the extra mile—whatever large or small effort that entails—to ensure her clients get the kind of service they need.

Besides exceeding all her personal listing and sales goals, Walsh added two new members to her team and joined her local REALTOR® board, all while serving as “the glue that holds the process together” for everyone around her.
