Kate Reisinger

Kate Reisinger is a true success story in the real estate industry, and in 2023, her hard work led her to being promoted to COO. She oversees the design and implementation of key operational strategies for the company, including member services, where she focuses on engagement, performance, satisfaction and success. Since taking on this role, she led a core referral program, generating over 24,000 member-to-member referrals. This led to an industry-leading conversion rate of 57%, referral-related home sales of $8 Billion and client introductions in 100 countries worldwide.

Reisinger lives by the philosophy of serving others, even in the smallest of ways. “Every day, I have the opportunity to support the success of our members and my team, and I am motivated by the desire to help move them forward any way I can,” she says.

Reisinger has also proven her influence in LeadingRE’s marketing division. Last year, she oversaw all of the company’s extensive event offering, most notably the flagship Conference Week, which attracted 2,000 attendees and offered content tailored to different roles within our member companies.
