Kate Rossi

Coldwell Banker NRT

Kate Rossi, a seasoned real estate leader, is the regional executive vice president of Coldwell Banker NRT’s Eastern region, covering the sales operations of New England, Connecticut, Atlanta, Pittsburgh, the Carolinas, Florida and Texas. The operations include more than 17,000 independent sales associates and about 300 offices across the local operating companies.

“My ultimate goal as a leader is helping our agents live exceptional lives,” says Rossi. “This has been accomplished through providing excellent tools, programs and resources to help agents grow their businesses and meet their own personal business goals.”

In 2019, Rossi spearheaded the introduction of Listing Concierge, a comprehensive marketing program, across the companies and agents she oversees. The program marries leading-edge technology with personalized service to offer customized and automated property listing marketing. Agents are able to win and sell more listings while saving valuable time, as an in-house team provides the execution of the product.

Rossi says, “I believe that real estate agents are trusted advisors in the real estate transaction, and it is essential to keep them and their needs at the forefront of our business.”

Rossi began her career as an agent in 1982 and affiliated with Coldwell Banker in 1984. Since then, she has moved her way up the corporate ladder and received several awards, including recognition as a leading woman in business. She has served on the National Association of REALTORS® board of directors and was active in the Women’s Council of REALTORS® in Pennsylvania and Colorado.
