Kate Rossi, president of Agent Engagement and Sales Leadership Development for Anywhere Brands and Anywhere Advisors, is a seasoned real estate leader with more than 40 years of experience who understands the unique wants and needs of her clients and peers, and realizes that business is powered by relationships.
Last year, she led the launch of the Agent Engagement team for the Anywhere company-owned brokerage and franchise portfolio across its six storied brands. This first-of-its-kind initiative for Anywhere supports the company’s continued expansion of its owned brokerage and franchise network through personalized coaching, mentorship and the establishment of sales-enablement strategies for field teams.
“I want the best for everyone, and my main goal is to help agents and leadership reach their full potential,” says Rossi. “My biggest motivation is seeing results in people. If I can help just one person to further their career and business, that makes it all worth it.”
Prior to her current role, Rossi served as regional executive vice president of Coldwell Banker Realty’s Eastern Region. In that role, she oversaw the strategic initiatives of more than 400 Coldwell Banker offices in the eastern portion of the United States, including the Northeast, Eastern Seaboard and Southeast, spanning 15 states and the District of Columbia and encompassing more than 22,000 agents. Other roles Rossi has held include regional executive vice president of NRT Southeast; president and COO of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Connecticut and Westchester, New York; president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage on Long Island and in Queens, New York; president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Colorado; and regional vice president of Coldwell Banker Real Estate, Inc. in Pittsburgh.
Rossi has also served on a plethora of community and charitable boards, and received many awards and honors, including being named among the 2005 Top 50 Women in Business by the Long Island Business News, and the 2015 “Women Worth Watching” list by the Profiles in Diversity Journal.
