In 2024, Kathleen Wilks championed the Long & Foster brand by leading the company’s “It’s the One” marketing campaign.
“(It’s the One) reflects not only our core values, but also our commitment to innovation in an ever-changing real estate landscape,” says Wilks. “We’ve managed to craft a campaign that unites all of the companies that surround our agents and their transactions. It’s truly inspiring to see how our passion and hard work have driven such remarkable results, making this campaign a standout in the real estate industry.”
Some important pillars of the campaign, according to Wilks, include streamlined social media, a platform at longandfoster.style that outlines the “Brand DNA” (the company’s mission, vision and values) in addition to highlighting the ways that agents give back (such as volunteering for Habitat for Humanity).
Throughout the year, she also hosted a monthly webinar series, “Let’s Get Real,” starring the company’s leadership as they keep Long & Foster agents up to date on industry changes, company events, valuable resources, etc.
