A power player on the Atlanta real estate scene, Kathy Connelly earned with distinction the title of “Female Industry Insider” at Modern Luxury Interiors’ 2024 Real Estate Awards.

“The most rewarding part of my career has been the opportunity to learn from my mentors and, in turn, pay it forward by mentoring others. I’ve dedicated much of my time to fostering the growth of my colleagues and mentees, and seeing their successes has been incredibly fulfilling,” says Connelly.

In 2024, she cites her main impact as spearheading the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Georgia Properties response to the NAR settlement, from redesigning existing business practices to implementing training sessions for agents around these new practices.

“My passion for business development and strategic insight have allowed me to help advance the careers of many individuals within our company,” she says. “I take great pride in my leadership role and my commitment to excellence, and I am grateful for the chance to make a lasting impact on the Atlanta real estate community.”
