Kelly and Linda Boehmer of The Boehmer Team are an industrious duo who not only help buyers and sellers with current home inventory, but also advocate for the new construction industry. In 2024, the pair continued to be in the top 1% of the entire Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices network nationwide, receiving the Chairman Circle Diamond award.

The Home Builders Association of St. Louis and Eastern Missouri also awarded the team with Best Specialty Marketing, Best Print Ad, Best Overall Marketing Campaign and Real Estate Agent of the Year—while Linda received the David F. Eppler Award for service on the SMC Steering Committee.

When they aren’t helping homebuyers and sellers, The Boehmer Team continued to show up in their community throughout the year, bringing an ice cream truck to the last day of school, a coffee truck for parents sending their kids to the first day of school, a neighborhood pizza order for Halloween and having Santa on a golf cart for Christmas. They also continue to be the top contributors to Sunshine Kids, a national nonprofit organization dedicated to helping children with cancer.

We get to do all this while working with a team of people we care for and trust.”
