As broker/owner of RE/MAX Capital Realty, Kendall Bonner is committed to learning, testing and teaching real estate professionals new systems and strategies for success in social media engagement and lead generation. With a passion to LEAD (listen, empower, appreciate and develop) others toward a successful business, as well as a willingness to share her ideas, Bonner continues to encourage agents to adapt to the speed of change and continue to grow and elevate in today’s climate.

In 2020, Bonner continued to expand her network and share her strategies for success beyond the RE/MAX community. She served as a panelist at RISMedia’s 2020 CEO Exchange, a keynote speaker and panel moderator for the 2020 WomanUP Virtual Experience, keynote speaker for the 2020 FAR WIRE event, and a panelist at the 2020 C.A.R. REImagine event.

As she continues to lead agents and brokers alike, she continues to work hard to grow her RE/MAX brokerage, expanding to three additional locations. From marketing to negotiations, communications to strategies, she believes that a focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience is the primary objective.
