Due to the success of her work through the years, Bonner was named vice president of Industry Relations at eXp Realty in August 2024, leading the company through the significant shifts shaping the real estate landscape by developing and fortifying strategic partnerships.

Bonner’s efforts centered on advocating for the interests of the eXp community, ensuring that the brokerage remained (and will continue to be) at the forefront of industry advocacy and partnership development. She drove connections for agents and brokers to ensure they can thrive from a productivity and growth standpoint.
