Kevelyn Guzman has consistently championed diversity and inclusion throughout her journey in real estate.

Last year, she initiated the launch of the What Moves Her campaign at Coldwell Banker Warburg, which aims to establish a supportive community where women can stand united, offering mutual assistance and serving as a valuable resource for one another.

In addition to What Moves Her, Guzman is firm in her commitment to fostering the success and growth of young minds. In 2023, she welcomed four interns who spent the entire summer with the company and immersed themselves in the world of real estate, gaining a unique perspective on both business and the industry.

Guzman pushes diversity in all aspects of the firm, including pushing for more diversity and inclusion in their digital advertising and marketing. She also has nurtured invaluable connections within the company’s global network, facilitating the connection of her agents with colleagues.
