Kevelyn Guzman

At the beginning of 2024, Kevelyn Guzman assumed a new role as regional vice president at Coldwell Banker Warburg. A former investment banker with an almost 20-year history at Coldwell Banker, Guzman did not rest on her laurels during 2024.

As regional vice president, she oversees a team comprised of 100 agents and 25 employees across two offices. Emphasizing that her success comes from mutual support by her agents and staff, she introduced networking programs designed to better connect Coldwell Banker agents with one another. These include “In+Beyond,” a monthly event that connects Coldwell Banker Warburg’s agents with the national network, and idea-sharing Agent Mastermind sessions.

“The most rewarding part of my job is helping agents grow their business and watching their success unfold,” says Guzman. “Whether it’s through fostering connections, offering resources, generating referrals or providing ongoing support, I take pride in empowering our agents to reach new heights. Their success is truly my success, and seeing them thrive in a competitive market is incredibly fulfilling.”
