Kevin Levent

Kevin Levent serves as president and CEO of Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Metro Brokers and Coldwell Banker Commercial Metro Brokers. He is responsible for managing both brands, in addition to Metro Brokers’ mortgage, insurance and title divisions.

Levent used a multi-pronged approach to gain marketshare in the competitive Metro Atlanta market in 2023. He continued to leverage tried-and-true techniques and promoted greater integration of the company’s in-house mortgage and closing services.

Levent has worked in the real estate industry for decades. In that time, he has developed new programs and partnerships to increase company revenue while also advancing the real estate industry as a whole. Levent is recognized as an industry leader and has served on the National Association of REALTORS® advisory boards and committees.

In 2023, Levent was invited to participate in a new NAR committee, which includes highly respected broker/owners from across the United States. He was also inducted into the Realty Alliance.
