In 2024, Van Eck played a pivotal role in the onboarding of new affiliate brokerages across the United States and in the Caribbean, as well as the expansion of several existing affiliates in the U.S.
Van Eck is committed to expanding the Christie’s network through recruitment, coaching, training and the use of proprietary technology that boosts agents’ efficiency and productivity. Under his leadership, numerous affiliate brokerages have exponentially increased their agent headcount and sales volume.
