Kiki Rutten is a master of modern technology, working with an emphasis on the Web3, NFT and crypto space, as well as an impressive TikTok presence that earned her the sale of her first house. Because of her expertise, Rutten caught the eye of ONE Sotheby’s International Realty, which resulted in her being named the listing agent of the first ever Miami mansion to be sold as an NFT, with its digital copy in the Metaverse, Sandbox.
