Kris Klair

In 2024, Kris Klair grew his real estate company, launched a property management company, purchased an almond orchard, renovated and opened a local restaurant downtown, and most recently, welcomed his third child. This makes it even more impressive how he continued to lead his 8-office, 300-member team at EXIT Realty Consultants—which ranks as the No. 2  as EXIT Realty Corp. International’s Highest Ranking Office/Brokerage.

Klair emphasizes a care-about-your-community attitude in his business. “Each agent is close to me, and they all come with a special story as to why they are hungry to succeed,” he says. “This alone drives me to be the best broker I can be, to be there not only for them, but for their families, which ultimately is why we all work so hard.” He points to one client who would rather he just sit and listen than go view properties he had lined up because of the simple fact she trusted him not only as her REALTOR®, but her friend that she could confide in.

As a pillar of the community, Kris and his team at EXIT Realty Consultants have been instrumental in giving back to their community, including hosting the “Harvest Food Bank Fundraiser” during the Summer time, the annual “EXIT Giving Tree” where they sponsored more than 140 children throughout the 2024 holiday season, and supporting their franchise in donating to the Maui fire victims in Hawaii.

Klair’s team hosts “career nights” for those interested in working in real estate, and once they are on his team, the training & mentorship program he created has earned him the “Best of 209: Best Real Estate Company” award for seven years in a row from their local newspaper.

He has also been featured as a panel speaker at the CAR conference and in EXIT Realty Corp. International’s “Achiever Magazine.”
