The son of Polish immigrants, Kuba Jewgieniew has always had a strong work ethic and a passion for the brand he created. Even though he was a top producer with over $30 million in sales his first year in real estate, he was frustrated by the lack of support in the office where he worked. This inspired Jewgieniew to create Realty ONE Group, an agent-focused brokerage that provides real estate professionals, members of the executive team, support staff and employees with coaching, tools, training and support to help them achieve their goals faster.
Realty ONE Group has grown at an incredible rate, closing over 58,000 transactions and $21 billion in sales volume in 2017. The company has expanded nationally and internationally, adding over 65 franchisees to its network in 2018—more than twice the number added in 2017. Jewgieniew is also committed to serving the greater good. He started the CARES program, a 501(c)3 organization that encourages all real estate professionals to give back to their communities.
