During the COVID-19 pandemic, Kuba Jewgieniew, CEO and founder of Realty ONE Group, and his executive team launched a website that offered coaching and training podcasts, a business planning guide and inspirational messages to the real estate industry. They hosted daily town halls open to all with featured guests who provided coaching, training and inspiration. The team met with franchise owners via Zoom to help them thrive despite the pandemic, launched a new RealtyONEGroup.com website and hosted a virtual Base Camp Leadership Retreat.
