Lacey Conway’s leadership cemented the firm’s position as the No. 1 real estate company in the Gulf South throughout 2022. Providing leadership to 3,800 agents across Louisiana, Mississippi and Texas, her role has been integral to Latter & Blum’s continued growth.
Under her leadership, Latter & Blum’s mortgage company, Essential Mortgage, entered into a wholesale correspondent platform, which enabled them to become a lender in all transactions. Additionally, she is president of Realty Alliance and serves on a number of local and national boards. Her knowledge and expertise is frequently solicited for panels and speaking engagements.
Conway is also an inspiration to and supporter of women in real estate, pushing for more opportunities, no matter the climate. “Impressive women in real estate are not something new, although I am delighted that they are being recognized more and more,” she says. “When it comes to pursuing a career in real estate, I feel like women could do themselves a favor by reaching higher even when they might not feel ready.”
