Lacey Conway

Lacey Conway serves as CEO of Latter & Blum, the Gulf South’s largest independently owned real estate brokerage. In 2023, she led a team of 3,800 agents in Louisiana, Mississippi and Texas during a challenging market downturn.

Conway implemented a comprehensive six-week training program to teach managers and agents how to use exclusive buyer agency agreements in a state where they were rarely used. Under her leadership, Essential Mortgage – Latter & Blum’s loan company – entered into a wholesale correspondent platform, which gave it the ability to become a lender in all transactions.

Conway is a leader of the Realty Alliance and a member of several local and national boards. She is also a sought-after speaker and an advocate for more opportunities for women in the industry.

“When it comes to pursuing a career in real estate, I feel like women could do themselves a favor by reaching higher, even when they might not feel ready,” says Conway.
