Under the leadership of Larry “Boomer” Foster, Long & Foster launched an enhanced agent productivity and marketing platform for agents in 2022, created to manage their businesses more efficiently. His agent-focused approach drove the planned expansion of the company’s Agent Services Group—a concierge program that supports agents in the tactics needed to maintain and grow their business, allowing them to focus on their clients.
