In 2022, Larry Flick V, CEO of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox & Roach, REALTORS® and The Trident Group, launched more than 30 initiatives to assist agents. Those initiatives were based on the results of a survey of nearly 3,000 agents and managers.
