In July 2023, Fox & Roach announced a strategic merger with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices New Jersey Properties, adding 650 agents across 15 offices. The merger successfully established Fox & Roach as No. 1 in the state of New Jersey within the markets it serves, extended its footprint into six new North Jersey markets and increased its marketshare in Monmouth County. The company was also named a 2023 Top Workplace by The Morning Call in Pennsylvania.
