Lauren Rosin takes a unilateral approach to agent success by being a self-starter herself. As CEO and founder of the Rosin Team eXp Realty, Rosin has worked tirelessly to give her agents all the tools they need to succeed, which this past year included constant promotion and participation in Fast Forward Movement, a weekly Mastermind for agents across the eXp Realty network, and her own in-house programs geared towards helping agents, not only from her office, but other agents in the industry and at large.
