In 2023, Roughton facilitated several significant milestones for the brand amidst challenging market conditions, including reengaging with affiliates, navigating cash flow and focusing on growth initiatives involving mergers and acquisitions, supporting sales, talent attraction resources and proactive consolidation strategy. She leveraged the brand’s value proposition, resulting in a sales volume of $4 billion in the past year under her leadership.
