Leo Pareja assumed the role of chief executive officer at eXp Realty in April 2024. Since then, he has led the company to significant growth. With Pareja at the helm, eXp Realty has utilized innovative technology solutions to streamline operations and enhance the customer experience.

Pareja frequently speaks at real estate conferences and advocates for positive changes in the industry. Last year, he engaged with local and national media and provided insights on the NAR settlement’s implications for the future of real estate. He also helped his team of agents adapt to the changing landscape.

Pareja is committed to giving back. He supports numerous volunteer initiatives and trade organizations, including the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP), which promotes diversity and inclusion within the industry.
