Liz Gehringer

Liz Gehringer serves as president and CEO of Anywhere Franchise Brands. Gehringer took on additional leadership roles in 2023, and she is now responsible for overseeing strategic growth and operations for Coldwell Banker Affiliates, Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate, CENTURY 21 and ERA Real Estate.

Gehringer reshaped Anywhere’s approach to relationships with industry partners in 2023. She also served as executive sponsor of the Coldwell Banker Inclusive Ownership program, which is designed to increase diversity and create opportunities for ethnic and racial minorities, women, LGBTQAI+ and veteran entrepreneurs, and other underrepresented groups in the real estate industry.
