Since taking the helm of Houlihan Lawrence in 2019, Nunan’s years of leadership have been marked by a commitment to giving back to the communities where the company does business. 2023 marks the third anniversary of Houlihan Lawrence’s Humanitarian Award, which was established by Nunan to recognize an employee or agent who has made an extraordinary impact on their community through volunteer work and fundraising.

In August 2023, Nunan worked to continue the company’s business growth by announcing the company’s expansion into Columbia County, New York with the opening of a new sales office in Hudson, New York. Additionally, in a newly-formed partnership spearheaded by Nunan, the company will be the inaugural sponsor of Pickleball America’s Houlihan Lawrence Work Lounge, an opportunity to further increase the brand’s visibility in Connecticut.
