Lori McCarthy

Lori McCarthy, managing broker at Latter & Blum, won a two-year seat on the local REALTOR® association’s board of directors. She also served as a mentor and a member of the board of directors for the local Young Professional Network, an organization that provides guidance to new REALTORS®.

In 2023, McCarthy and Latter & Blum’s agent development manager recruited dozens of agents. The diverse group included both new and experienced agents.

McCarthy and her team at Latter & Blum are committed to serving those in need. Each month, a group of volunteers serve food to the community’s homeless population. In addition, the company raised money to help a local shelter for women and children purchase a new air conditioner.

“The most rewarding part of my career is helping agents determine their personal path to success… and then watching them achieve it,” says McCarthy. “Managing almost 300 REALTORS® and three offices comes with its challenges, but the rewards are also great. Somehow, we’ve been able to create a family atmosphere. Our agents find their ‘tribe,’ and they truly look at them as family.”
