Lou Gonzalez is president at Realty ONE Group Affiliates. For the past three years, he has led the franchise expansion of the fast-growing Realty ONE Group network across the U.S. and Canada. The franchisor has more than tripled its franchisees during this time and continues its expansion in markets throughout the U.S. and future international markets.

Gonzalez says his greatest accomplishment of 2019 was his continued contribution to the growth and operations of the Realty ONE Group network, influencing the business decisions that have allowed many clients and their families to enjoy a dynamic lifestyle and advance the success of their business. 

“My passion has always been to lead with the highest levels of integrity and bring a positive impact to the lives of everyone I touch,” he says.

Gonzalez has served to advance the industry in various capacities in real estate sales, franchise sales, sales management, client service, operations and leadership roles both domestically and internationally over a long and successful career. As a leader, he has contributed significantly to the growth of the Coldwell Banker, Sotheby’s, RE/MAX, Prudential, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices and Realty ONE Group networks in the U.S., Canada, the Caribbean and Europe over his 34-year career in the industry. His warmth, knowledge and empathy have allowed him to touch and influence the real estate careers of many of the industry’s top professionals, brokerages and franchisors.
