Luke Trigwell’s work with the marketing team at Harry Norman has been an essential help to them reaching the future. In 2022, Trigwell and his team launched Harry Norman Social, a social media automation program for agents and employees to quickly create branded, fully designed social content by texting a Harry Norman Social number or through the app.

“Transferring skills and experience from completely unrelated industries, media to real estate, and at the same time crossing the globe, from Australia to the U.S., was always going to be an ambitious undertaking,” says Trigwell. “Succeeding at this, and now forming part of the executive team shaping an exciting innovation trajectory of a brokerage with incomparable Atlanta heritage is extremely rewarding.  Every day I get to lead a great team who consistently deliver positive impact and outcomes, and I am inspired by their success.”

Additionally, Trigwell commissioned extensive consumer market research, introduced company-wide marketing design automation, and launched the market insights hub of Harry Norman Insights.
