For Marcia Ricchio, the community where she was born and raised, which is also where she works, is very important to her on both a personal and professional level.
Throughout 2022, she continued to contribute locally, including donating to school programs to benefit student education in areas of environmental impact and STEM learning.
Ricchio and her team also donated to their local Veterans Outreach center to help fund programs for local vets, in addition to contributing to the local National Alliance on Mental Illness, highlighting the impact she strives to make on her community.
“I love seeing how happy a homebuyer, especially a first-time homebuyer, is of their accomplishment of becoming a homeowner,” says Ricchio. “I love to hear how I’ve helped a buyer or seller, and hearing that I made a stressful process smooth, easy and fun.”
Ricchio is known as a mentor, and was nominated by her local newspaper’s “Best of Racine” for Best Real Estate Agent, Best Customer Service and Best Real Estate Team.
