Marie Claire Ntam is a trusted expert in real estate, a guiding light and a compassionate advocate for positive change in the community.

In 2023, Ntam embarked on a journey to address the pressing housing shortage, especially in affordable housing, which has plagued the U.S. She sold out two new construction communities for a total 33 homes, of which 26 were affordable housing. In addition, she empowered over 1,300 prospective first time homebuyers by facilitating monthly seminars that inform them about successfully navigating the home buying process using down payment and closing cost assistance.

Ntam was also the 2023 GCAAR Pathways Award Winner, which awards REALTORS® who are committed to guiding and supporting clients from traditionally underserved communities along various pathways to homeownership.

For Ntam, the most rewarding part of her job is “advocating for homeownership through community engagement and helping my clients have stability, build wealth and leave a lasting legacy through homeownership.”
