As the real estate industry experienced great change in 2024, Marie Claire Ntam saw an opportunity to educate prospective homebuyers. By the end of the year, her monthly seminars had informed more than 10,000 such prospects. “I believe that by equipping clients with accurate, timely information, we empower them to achieve their real estate dreams, no matter the challenges we face,” says Ntam.
Of course, she did more than just educate plenty of other buyers too. Ntam cites one particular transaction, in which she helped secure a $115,000 grant for a first-time homebuyer (caring for her children and two foster children), putting her on track to close on her dream home. Ntam calls the experience “truly unforgettable” and it speaks to what she values most about the industry.
