Marilyn Wilson Lund

Marilyn Lund takes pride in creating positive waves of change in the real estate industry. For more than 25 years, she has assembled a rockstar team, expanding the ways WAV Group helps organizations achieve growth, relevance and engagement well beyond their expectations. In 2023, she hired the new CEO for the Broker Public Portal, Women’s Council of REALTORS® and several association and MLS executives.

Last year, she also published various studies informing the adoption of AI, remote work policies, technology trends and better ways to engage clients. Additionally, Lund created the WAV Group Customer Experience Index, which helps MLSs benchmark their performance against peer MLSs around the country, helping all participants improve the quality of service to their subscribers.

Lund also created the NAR Data Share Toolkit to help influence data-sharing conversations around the industry, with the goal of making it easier for brokers to have broader access to data to improve marketing effectiveness. Her goal is to make a lasting difference to ensure real estate remains vital.
