Mark Johnson and Ben Hess, Recruiting Insight’s managing partners, use innovative strategies and technologies to help real estate brokerages recruit more top-producing hires, reduce their percentage of failed hires, and focus on sustainable growth. With their guidance, clients have seen dramatic increases in experienced agent hires and agent production.

In 2024, Johnson and Hess spearheaded the acquisition of TalentScout, a recruiting call center, and its integration into the Recruiting Insight brand. That allowed the firm to place more than 1,200 agents with 100 brokerages.

Johnson is an author, speaker, co-founder of CoRecruit, and partner in ThirdPool Recruiting. He leads a monthly mastermind in which industry leaders share their insights with hundreds of broker-owners and recruiters.

Hess is a serial entrepreneur, writer, coach, co-founder of ThirdPool Recruiting, and co-founder of CoRecruit. In a daily newsletter, Hess shares essential insights and strategies with thousands of subscribers.
