Mark Pasquesi

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Chicago

Mark Pasquesi is president of Brokerage for Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Chicago, one of Chicago’s largest brokerages and among the top 10 within the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices network nationally.

In 2019, Pasquesi was promoted to his current role after the company’s longtime CEO, Nancy Nagy, stepped into an advisory role with the firm. As part of a three-person leadership team, Pasquesi jointly leads the company alongside Diane Glass, chief operating officer, and Joe Stacy, senior vice president and general sales manager.

As president of Brokerage, Pasquesi focuses his considerable energy and enthusiasm on agent experience and strategic expansion initiatives. Previously, he served as vice president and managing broker for Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Chicago’s Lake Forest, Highland Park and Libertyville offices. The Lake Forest office has the top marketshare in the Lake Forest/Lake Bluff area and is the No. 1 office in Lake County for luxury sales.

After leaving the practice of law in 2000, Pasquesi began a successful residential real estate career utilizing his experience as an attorney and his extensive knowledge of the Chicagoland real estate market that only a lifelong resident can enjoy.

“If you create an environment and culture where agents want to be, everything else falls into place,” says Pasquesi. “Your agents become the biggest endorsers of the experience, and that’s what maintains retention and helps recruit new agents.”
