Mark Pessin, chief learning officer at Realty ONE Group International, draws upon his more than 25 years of real estate industry experience to improve the quality of his customers’ businesses and lives. In 2023, Pessin and his team introduced a series of new coaching initiatives intended to empower real estate professionals, brokers, owners and managers.

Those programs included a nationwide training platform for new agents, a comprehensive team-building system, a business coaching certification, an International Master Franchise Training program and an exclusive partnership with Dr. Eric Thomas, an author, motivational speaker and coach.
