Mark Pessin

Mark Pessin is the chief learning officer at Realty ONE Group, where he oversees the design and delivery of training education and development programs for real estate professionals around the world. He also serves as the managing broker at Realty ONE Group Pacific, mentoring a team of high-performing agents and brokers.

In 2024, he successfully created several new broker learning and development programs designed to enhance a brokerage’s launch, growth, long-term success and profitability. He also rebuilt the company’s in-person training program, “UNstoppable Growth,” ensuring that it met and delivered on the needs of new and existing customers. In addition to these training programs, Pessin guided international master franchise owners in multiple countries through the development, delivery and implementation of agent training programs in multiple languages.
