Marriah Unruh

An experienced and award-winning real estate professional, Marriah Unruh has more than 22 years of entrepreneurial know-how, accomplishments and business acumen.

In 2023, Unruh introduced and assisted in bringing roughly 200 agents including 20+ top-producing agents into KWCP. She guided 10 leadership team members to start their new careers within the organization—ranging from front-facing admins to Team Leaders and Growth Drivers. Unruh was also paramount in acquiring over 50 agents in a merger/acquisition of Fredericksburg.

Unruh feels that the most rewarding part of her career is “getting to meet with and coach such talented people.”

“There is no greater feeling than identifying someone’s talent they don’t see in themselves and unlocking their confidence to pursue what they truly enjoy. Pushing past fear and accomplishing something they never thought possible is a magical experience,” she continues. “Whether it is someone believing in them for the first time, or teaching someone how to climb out of debt and start to build generational wealth, or land the job of their dreams, or helping them understand the mission, vision, values, beliefs and perspectives of their life… my work is never ending fulfillment and joy.”

Unruh also raised over $20,000 for nine organizations and encouraged over 500 volunteer hours for RED Day 2023.
