Marty Reed

Marty Reed, REcore’s chief operations officer, is dedicated to solving the many material, day-to-day problems that MLSs face. Reed views those problems as opportunities for REcore to empower MLSs.

In 2024, Reed helped REcore acquire proprietary technology from NorthstarMLS. She also directly oversaw the launch of REcenterhub, an all-encompassing MLS SaaS ecosystem. The technology provides an SSO dashboard and a range of tools and resources to handle member communication, training, compliance case management, support task/issue tracking, roster management and buyer registry.

With no template to follow, Reed carved out a new niche of revenue while keeping proprietary knowledge secure. Under her leadership, REcore has introduced a variety of innovative, technology-based solutions. Reed has guided the development of revolutionary products related to MLS management, data licensing and data management. Reed is frequently featured in panel discussions. She addresses a range of topics, including her technological initiatives and ways to navigate issues currently facing the real estate industry.
