Under Widdows’ leadership, HomeSmart ranked in the top 10 (sides and volume) in RISMedia’s 2024 Power Broker Report. He also led the company through the rollout of several new features and updates in RealSmart Agent—SmartDocs, RealSmart Vendor and the buyer-broker tab—to help facilitate agent compliance with recent process changes and transaction efficiency.

Widdows also looked to optimize the home-buying process through the company’s new HomeNearMe/SmartSigns products, which consist of a new GPS-enabled website and interactive QR code and NFC-tag yard signs.
