Matthew Ferrara

In 2024, Matthew Ferrara took the latest step in his 33-year history of coaching real estate professionals by launching The Leadership Club (TLC) through Substack. TLC includes a weekly coaching call hosted by Ferrara, a weekly newsletter full of leadership tips, deep dive webinars and a collection of ebooks, spreadsheets and other documents titled “The Leadership Handbook.”

Ferrara describes his mission as, “The ability to inspire and provide thought leadership to an industry in constant change.” Outside of launching TLC, he also led Leading Real Estate Companies of the World’s Management Maestro program, served as faculty leader for the 10th Annual Class of Ascend: The Executive Leadership Experience powered by Anywhere (after previously graduating the 9th class), authored “dozens” of change management and value proposition programs for NAR and hosted the panel “Real Estate’s New World Order: What the Future Holds for Industry Associations” at RISMedia’s 2024 CEO Exchange event in Washington D.C.
