Matthew Rathbun

Matthew Rathbun is the executive vice president of Coldwell Banker Elite and the national president of the Real Estate Business Institute (REBI), an education affiliate of the National Association of REALTORS® with over 60,000 members. He also serves as president-elect of the Fredericksburg Area Association of REALTORS® and is actively involved in various local, state and national committees.

With a passion for education, Rathbun launched the “Meet the Moment” podcast for REBI and has taught thousands of agents about the NAR settlement and other industry trends. He developed REBI’s eight-hour artificial intelligence certification and co-authored the rewrite of the NAR ePRO designation. His engaging classes and webinars across the country combine humor and deep real estate knowledge to transform agents’ professional lives.
