De la Vega’s family immigrated to the United States from Cuba when she was a child. Through hard work and perseverance, she became the first-ever Cuban female Sotheby’s franchise owner. Her company has grown to 30 offices and has been recognized as the top real estate brokerage in Miami and one of the highest-producing Sotheby’s International Realty affiliates in the world.
