Mercedes Kearney was promoted twice in 2023, and she now holds the position of accountant closer at PrimeStreet Realty. She passed an online course for her real estate license and managed the entire billing department on her own for two weeks.

“The most rewarding part of my career is being able to speak to brokers from all across the world,” says Kearney. “It can be really tough and challenging to not understand the process— the many hands that are involved when a home is purchased or sold.”

“But my main goal is to make sure as a lead source company we make the agents feel that they are appreciated for all the legwork that they do on an everyday basis and provide all the assistance that is needed to make the transition and the interaction with their clients as smooth as possible. It feels so great to do a job that I love—because I love helping people.”
