Michael Guthrie

For Michael Guthrie, teaching, coaching and counseling real estate professionals on how to achieve success is not just a job, but a passion. After more than 40 years in the real estate industry, serving a number of senior management roles with regional and national companies, Guthrie passes along his experience, skills and knowledge through his radio show, Real Estate Matters with Michael Guthrie. 

In 2022, his radio show won three awards from Virginia’s Association of Broadcasters including Best Specialty, Best One-on-One Interview and Best Serious Feature. He teaches all across the state of Virginia, as well as consulting and elevating newly created real estate courses. Guthrie has also been recognized as the Chamber of Commerce business person of the year in both Charlottesville and Reston, Virginia, and named the CAAR REALTOR® of the Year.
