Michelle White

With mortgage and mortgage loan origination so embedded in the real estate process, Michelle White’s impact on the industry has a ripple effect beyond being a female thought leader. Her first-hand knowledge helps put the current laws and guidelines into perspective for her students, giving them a deeper understanding of the ‘why’ in what they are learning.

For her work educating across the real estate industry, White was named in the “Legends of Lending” article in the June issue of Mortgage Bank Magazine. She also presented at the 2023 NMLS Course Providers Days, and created mortgage loan origination courses for The CE Shop.

White’s true passion in her career is “educating the next generation of Mortgage Originators.”

“Having been through the housing crash as part of the mortgage industry and as a homeowner, I never want to see that happen again,” she says. “As an educator I can help create content that is meaningful and places emphasis on ethical behavior and serving homebuyers and homeowners.”
