Michi Olson was recently named dean of Resources and Global Connections for Leading Real Estate Companies of the World (LeadingRE). In that role, she is responsible for overseeing LeadingRE’s network of 565 independent real estate firms in over 70 countries.
Olson helps members utilize network resources to extend their reach, both locally and globally. She conducts consultative webinars for brokers, managers and agents and creates video courses for the LeadingRE Institute.
In 2019, Olson was elected to serve on LeadingRE’s Advisory Council for the second time. She has also been named to the LeadingRE Hall of Fame.

Olson is well known throughout the industry for her expertise in corporate relocation, business development, e-commerce and global business. She served as an executive with Alain Pinel REALTORS® before the firm was acquired by Compass in March 2019 and more recently as vice president of global business development and relocation for Compass.
Olson was born and raised in Japan and graduated summa cum laude from Saint Mary’s College of California with a bachelor’s degree in business management. Her international experience has been a valuable asset when dealing with relocation issues.
