President and CEO Mike Miedler led CENTURY 21 Real Estate LLC to continued growth in 2023, even though the real estate industry has been going through a tumultuous time in recent years.

CENTURY 21’s franchise sales conversions and mergers and acquisitions activity were up significantly year-over-year in Q2 2023. CENTURY 21 had affiliated 27 new companies in 17 states and renewed 73 companies across 31 states by Q2.

“I love this industry because we are playing a major role in helping people achieve the American Dream,” says Miedler. “A home is not only one of the largest financial purchases any person is going to make, but it’s also a gateway for people to build equity and wealth.
